Mean People Suck/Are everywhere?

I have an observation, it's personal and I don't think it necessarily says much about anything... but I've noticed in my travels and encounters:



I've met more uneducated nice people than people who were educated and nice.
So is there a connection between being an Asshole and being Ambitious?

So I've decided to use this chart to help sort this out:
